AI recruiting agents work best when they’re wired into your ATS.
What gets synced
- Jobs: So the agent knows what you’re hiring for and can screen and schedule against the right role.
- Candidates: Applications and status flow into the agent for screening and outreach.
- Pipeline: The agent updates stages (e.g. “scheduled,” “completed”) so your ATS stays the source of truth.
Setup
Use the agent’s ATS integration (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.): OAuth, map fields, and set which jobs or stages the agent touches. No code required for most products.
Best practices
- Don’t let the agent change critical fields (e.g. offer status) without rules.
- Keep one source of truth: the ATS. The agent should read and write back, not duplicate data elsewhere.
- Review sync logs for errors and edge cases.
