What we automate
Each is a standard blueprint — trigger, steps, integrations, and a monthly price with setup, hosting and maintenance included. Close but not identical? The same blueprint becomes a custom build.
All 48 blueprintsExtraction, three-way match, approvals, ERP posting, duplicate and bank-detail checks.
Checklist by role, IT requests, documents, calendar, welcome sequence, handbook Q&A.
Enrichment, ICP score, personalised first reply, rep alert with context, CRM update.
Cited answers from your help centre, routing with summary and priority, reopen review.
Classification, drafted replies for approval, task extraction, daily digest.
Six scenarios (failed payment, trial ending, delays…), personalised messages, weekly report.
Decline-code retries, multi-channel dunning, cancellation save offers, recovery report.
Show notes, blog post, 5 LinkedIn posts, X thread, newsletter section, clip list.
Most of what fills a week is repetitive and rule-based.
It shouldn’t need a person doing it by hand every time.
We build it in your tools. You keep the plan either way.
Two ways to hire us
A standard blueprint as a monthly subscription, or a custom build wired into your systems. Either way: an approval step, documentation, and a named person who fixes it when an API changes.
Or start smaller — a team package, from $49:
You do the work yourself and want it to take a third of the time. We install the blueprints that matter for your job in your own accounts, with a walkthrough — a fixed-scope package, live in about a week.
Pricing
Five options from free to fully custom. Everything above the template includes setup. Model and tool usage is billed by the providers to your own accounts — nothing is resold.

Why automate
Automation handles 60–70% of routine tasks so your team focuses on exceptions, customers and judgement — and it doesn’t get slower or more expensive as volume grows.

Who you’ll work with

Agentmelt is a small studio. The person who reviews your plan is the person who installs it and stays on the project through go-live — no account manager between you and the work, no offshore hand-off, no quote that changes after the call.
What every build includes
So that finance, ops and whoever owns the customer can approve it — and unwind it if they ever need to.
One-tap approve / reject / query in Slack or email wherever money or a customer is involved.
Every action logged in the tool where it happened, tagged as automated, filterable by your team.
Runs in your CRM, your ERP, your inbox — on our servers or yours. Usage billed by the providers to you; nothing resold or held hostage.Runs in your n8n, your CRM, your ERP. Usage billed by the providers to you; nothing resold or held hostage.
A written plan before, a recorded walkthrough after. Your team can maintain rules and content in the UI.
Included on every custom build; included for good on subscriptions. Then $99–250/mo, optional.
One process, then expand. If the fit isn’t right we say so on the audit — no long-term lock-in.
Before you buy
A standard blueprint is $197–297 a month with setup and maintenance included. A single-workflow custom agent — one job end to end, up to three integrations, documentation — is $2,000 one-time. Multi-step systems with approvals and a dashboard are $3,500–5,000. Multi-agent or product-embedded builds are quoted from $5,000 after the audit. Maintenance on custom builds is optional at $99–250/month.
A blueprint subscription is live in your tools within days of the plan. Custom builds take 2–3 weeks for a single workflow and 3–5 weeks for a multi-step system. The audit is three sentences in a form and the written plan arrives by email within minutes; the scope follows by email, no call.
Every custom build includes 30–60 days of fixes; subscriptions include maintenance for as long as you subscribe. After that, maintenance is optional at $99–250/month: monitoring, fixes when APIs or models change, small improvements and a monthly report. Low-confidence cases always route to a person, so a broken step fails to a human, not silently.
In your own accounts — your CRM, your help desk, your ERP — with the automation itself on our servers or, if you already run an automation tool, on yours. AI usage is billed by the provider to your account. We hold the workflow, not your data; self-hosted models are available where data residency requires it.
No. You get a no-code setup your team can maintain in the UI — rules, content, thresholds and escalation — plus documentation and a recorded walkthrough. Engineers are only involved if you choose an embedded build inside your own product.
Whatever you already use for CRM, help desk, billing and ERP — HubSpot, Zendesk, Intercom, Stripe, Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite and the rest — with an AI step where judgement is needed and a standard automation tool for the plumbing (switch on “how it's built” for the specifics). Nothing is replaced; the automation runs between the tools you have.
Then the plan says so. Some work is too infrequent, too variable or too cheap to automate this year, and we would rather say so in the plan than sell you a build that doesn’t pay back. The plan is yours either way.
Yes — related workflows share integrations, so the second and third are cheaper: onboarding plus offboarding at $397/month, or demand forecasting plus inventory optimisation at $497/month. Mention both in the audit form and the plan prices both.
