Every rung is credited in full against the next one for 30 days: kit → install → package. Model usage and any paid n8n, Make or Zapier plan are billed by the providers to your own accounts, usually a few dollars a month. Need more than the package? Not a feature list — the messages and actions as they happen once the first blueprint is installed. Every outgoing message starts as a draft you approved once; after that it runs on the rules you set.

Before you order
No. Every reply is a draft until you approve it; the digest, the brief and the report go to you first. The only thing that runs on its own is sorting and task extraction, and both are visible and reversible.
Nowhere new. The automation runs inside your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 with scoped access you grant during the install, and the model calls use an API with no data retention. We never hold a copy of the mailbox.
The install covers one inbox. The package covers up to two; three or more, or executives whose priorities conflict, is a custom build because the rules have to be written per person.
Yes — Gmail and Outlook are both standard. Slack, Teams, Notion and Asana are supported as the task and digest destinations.
They will notice replies going out faster and a brief before every meeting. Nothing is signed by an assistant that the executive would not recognise as yours.
