An accepted offer becomes a role-specific checklist, account and equipment requests, documents out for signature, a first-two-weeks calendar and a welcome sequence — with policy questions answered from the handbook and overdue tasks chased. A termination record does the reverse, with access revoked on time and nothing deleted on its own. Interviews book themselves against live panel calendars. Three blueprints, in the HRIS and tools the team already runs.

Three blueprints cover most of it. The rest stays yours.
Three rungs
One-time prices, no subscription. Every rung is credited in full against the next one for 30 days, so starting small costs nothing extra. Card checkout on Stripe; the confirmation and the next step arrive within a minute.
$49one-time
You have imported a workflow before, or want to try before anyone touches your accounts.
$249one-time
You want the first blueprint running in your accounts this week, without learning a tool.
$490one-time
You want the whole job automated — all three blueprints, in your voice, with someone to call.
Every rung is credited in full against the next one for 30 days: kit → install → package. Model usage and any paid n8n, Make or Zapier plan are billed by the providers to your own accounts, usually a few dollars a month. Need more than the package? When a HR team needs a custom build. Package terms: fixes, credits, refunds, your data.
What gets installed
Each is a documented blueprint from the library — trigger, steps, guardrails, free template — adapted here to how hr teams work. The kit and the install cover the first; the package covers all three.
The accepted offer creates the checklist for that role and location, requests accounts and equipment from IT, sends documents for signature, schedules the first two weeks and runs the welcome sequence; overdue tasks are chased with their owners and policy questions answered from the handbook, with the page cited.
The termination record assembles the leaver's access map, opens revocation tickets with deadlines, schedules the equipment return, drafts the knowledge-transfer checklist and hands off to finance and payroll — closure confirmed, nothing deleted automatically.
Three real slots from live panel calendars offered in one email, one-click booking, reschedules handled in the same thread, reminders to candidate and panel, the ATS kept in sync.
What it actually does
Not a feature list — the messages and actions as they happen once the first blueprint is installed. Every outgoing message starts as a draft you approved once; after that it runs on the rules you set.
Worked example · illustrative
Not a client report
About six hires a month. Each onboarding was a copied checklist, a chain of Slack messages to IT and a manager, and about five hours of HR time; one in three new hires started without a working laptop or all their accounts. Forty policy questions a week reached the HR inbox.
The first month| Metric | Before | After a month |
|---|---|---|
| HR hours per onboarding | 5 | 1 |
| New hires with accounts and laptop on day one | 66% | 100% |
| Policy questions reaching HR a week | 40 | 8 |
| Offer accepted → contract signed | 6 days | 2 days |
This is a worked example, not a client's results: the figures are what the blueprint's own metrics and the role's published benchmarks make typical for an install of this size. Real numbers will replace it, with permission, once the first installs have run a month.
Which rung
Your tools, your volume, how much you want to touch. The answer is a rung and a price — no call at any rung. If you would rather write three sentences, the form is below.
Not on the list? Most tools with an API work; say which on the form.
Answer all three and the rung appears here — with what happens next and the price.
What happens after you pay
Card checkout on Stripe, then the confirmation lands within a minute. This is what it says — the same for every role, with the tools and blueprints swapped for yours.
Before you order
It answers only from the handbook you give it and cites the page; it refuses pay, performance and grievance questions and routes them to HR. Questions it cannot find an answer for are routed, not guessed.
No. It requests — an IT ticket with the role's account list and a deadline — and IT executes. Offboarding opens revocation tickets with deadlines and confirms closure; nothing is deleted automatically. Automated provisioning through your SSO is a custom build done with IT.
The standard version is one country's documents and policies. Several countries or entities with different contracts, benefits and leave rules are a custom build with a country switch.
Then the trigger polls the HRIS every hour for new hires and status changes; the rest is identical. BambooHR, Rippling and Workday all have webhooks.
Interview scheduling is the third blueprint and connects to Greenhouse, Lever or Ashby. Resume screening and candidate outreach are in the recruiter package; the two packages share integrations, so the second is cheaper.
When a package isn’t enough
A custom build starts at $2,000: your own rules, delivered into your accounts to keep, with documentation and 30 days of fixes. The package is credited against it for 30 days.
