Pricing questions
A single-workflow agent — one job end to end, up to three integrations, built in your tools and delivered with documentation — is $2,000 one-time. Multi-step systems with approvals and several integrations are $3,500–5,000. Multi-agent or product-embedded builds are quoted from $5,000 after a scoping call. Maintenance is optional at $99–250/month.
Setup and configuration to your tools, running on our servers (or in your own automation tool if you already run one), monitoring, fixes when a connected API changes, small improvements, and a monthly summary. Billing is monthly, there is no contract, and the automation stays yours if you leave.
For managed automations: volume above the plan's limit, extra integrations, more than one language, or actions inside your own product. For custom builds: the number of integrations, whether it needs approvals and a dashboard, self-hosted models or data-residency requirements, and how unusual your systems are. The free plan flags these, and the written scope — agreed by email — resolves them before a price is quoted.
AI usage and third-party data or tool subscriptions (enrichment credits, transcription, a paid automation-tool plan if you host it yourself) are billed by the providers to your accounts. For most workflows these are tens of dollars a month; the plan and the scope state the estimate.
Yes — related processes share integrations, so the second and third are cheaper: for example onboarding plus offboarding at $397/month, or demand forecasting plus inventory optimisation at $497/month. Say so in the audit form and the plan prices both.
No. A few questions, no commitment, no call — and in minutes you have a one-page plan and a straight answer: package, managed automation, custom build, or not worth automating yet. Start at /audit/.
Custom builds include 30–60 days of fixes after hand-off, and the scope document defines 'done' in measurable terms before we start. Subscriptions can be cancelled monthly; the first month includes setup, so if it is not working you have lost one month.
