Three blueprints per package, installed in the tools you already pay for, at a one-time price. Pick your role — or the team that owns the process; three questions on the page tell you whether to import it yourself, have it installed, or have the whole job done.
By role
Every package starts from the hours a typical week loses to the same three jobs. The first blueprint is the kit and the install; the package covers all three.
By team
For the team that owns a process — accounts payable, support, HR. Same rungs, same prices: the kit is the first blueprint's setup guide, the install puts it into the team's own systems, the package covers all three.
Three rungs
Shown here for real-estate agents; the wording changes per role, the prices do not. Every rung is credited in full against the next for 30 days.
$49one-time
You have imported a workflow before, or want to try before anyone touches your accounts.
$249one-time

$490one-time
You want the whole job automated — all three blueprints, in your voice, with someone to call.
Above the package: a custom build from $2,000 — your own rules, a voice agent, a team rollout — with the package credited. How custom builds work · All prices
Before you order
The kit is the first blueprint's workflow file with a setup guide and the scripts — you import it. The install is the same blueprint put into your accounts by us within two working days of access — no call — in your voice, with a recorded walkthrough and 30 days of fixes. The package is all three blueprints for your role, adapted to how you work, live in about a week with a recorded walkthrough.
No. All three rungs are one-time prices. Model usage and any paid n8n, Make or Zapier plan are billed by the providers to your own accounts — usually a few dollars a month. Optional maintenance after the included fixes is $99–250 a month.
Every rung is credited in full against the next one for 30 days: the kit against the install, the install against the package, the package against a custom build.
No — at any rung. Three questions on any package page recommend the rung; card checkout is on Stripe and the confirmation arrives within a minute with the access checklist. Installs happen in your own accounts within two working days of access, with a recorded walkthrough; questions go by email.
Say what you do and what repeats on the free audit — most solo work maps to one of the 42 blueprints, and the reply names the rung and the price. New role packages are added when three people ask for the same one.
Same blueprints, different shape. Companies subscribe to a managed blueprint ($197–297 a month with hosting and maintenance) or commission a custom build; practitioners buy a one-time install in their own accounts and run it themselves.
