What you get
Every business has work that repeats: the invoice that has to be matched and posted, the lead that has to be enriched and routed, the new hire who needs accounts and a checklist, the weekly report that has to be assembled. We map that work against a library of 42 proven automation blueprints, adapt the closest one to your tools and rules, and run it — or build a custom version when nothing standard fits. It starts with a free automated audit: three sentences about the work that repeats, and a one-page plan with the rung and the price by email within minutes — no call. Managed automations are $197–297/month per process with setup, hosting, monitoring and fixes included; custom builds start at $2,000. Whichever way you buy, the workflow lives in your accounts and you keep it if you leave.
Who it’s forCompanies of 10–200 people whose ops, finance, HR, support or sales teams do the same thing every day by hand — and solo professionals with a process worth handing off. If the work repeats, it is a candidate.

How it works
The workflow itself is not the product — most of these can be built in a week by someone who knows the tools. The monthly fee pays for the parts that make it work every month: the configuration to your specifics, the guardrails that keep an AI step from doing something embarrassing, the monitoring that notices when a connected API changes, and the fixes when it does. Automations fail quietly; the retainer exists so someone notices.
It also pays for not having to become an automation expert. Every process comes with documentation and the workflow files, so you could take it over. Most clients never do, because it is cheaper to have it run than to learn to run it.
Whichever fits your accounts and budget. n8n is our default — it has the integrations, native AI steps, a self-hosting option for data residency and a licence that lets the workflow run anywhere, which is why the downloadable templates are n8n files. If your team already lives in Make or Zapier, we build there; if the process needs to run inside your product or your network, we write code. The tool is an implementation detail we explain, not a decision you have to make in advance. See n8n vs Make vs Zapier for AI agents if you want the comparison.
Managed ($197–297/month per process) is right when your process matches a blueprint at about 80% — the same job most companies in your situation do. A custom build (from $2,000) is right when it depends on a system nobody else uses, needs actions inside your own product, spans several legal entities with different rules, or has to run inside your network. We say which on the audit rather than force it into the standard shape. Solo professionals usually get a fixed-scope package by role — the audit names it.

DetailsFAQ
A managed automation is a proven process — the same job most companies in your situation do — adapted to your tools and run for you from $197/month. A custom AI agent is built for a workflow that is specific to your team and your systems, one-time from $2,000. The audit tells you which fits; many engagements start managed and add a custom piece later.
Most processes share about 80% of their steps with the blueprint. We adapt the standard workflow with configuration — your templates, tone, destinations and rules — as part of setup. If your needs diverge a lot, we say so and quote a custom build instead.
Not to start. By default a managed automation runs on our hosted n8n and delivers into the tools you already use. If you prefer it in your own account — n8n, Make or Zapier — we build and deploy it there. You receive the workflow files either way.
No. Billing is monthly and you can cancel any time. Setup is included in the first month's fee, and the workflow stays yours.
